Man Hit, Killed by Vehicle on Gessner Road in Spring Branch

Spring Branch, Texas – A man was killed Thursday afternoon in a pedestrian accident in northwest Houston, according to the Houston Police Department.

The deadly accident happened around 12:25 p.m., May 16, on Gessner Road just east of Beltway 8.

HPD said a man was cleaning gutters at an auto oil changing business when a woman drove around the building, did not see him, and hit him.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

The police are investigating the crash.
