Man Dead, Woman and 2 Children Injured in T-Bone Crash at Highway 16 and Twin Valley in San Antonio

One Killed, Three Hospitalized after San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash at Highway 16 and Twin Valley
San Antonio, Texas (October 20, 2018) – A man was killed early Saturday morning in a two-vehicle crash which left a woman and two children injured on the South Side of San Antonio, according to a local news source.
The fatal crash happened at about 12:30 a.m. at the intersection of  Highway 16 and Twin Valley.
According to the police, the man was driving a vehicle when it was t-boned by a pickup truck at the intersection.
The man was killed in the crash.
A woman and two children in the pick-up truck were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The pickup driver was uninjured in the crash.
Authorities are investigating the crash.
