San Antonio, TX – A 28-year-old man was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon in a skateboard accident in San Antonio’s Northeast Side, according to the police.
The accident occurred at about 4:10 p.m. on November 25 at the intersection of Rittiman Road and North Vandiver.
Police said the man was skateboarding on the sidewalk when he failed to yield the right of way to a northbound Jeep and crashed into its passenger side.
The force of the impact ejected the man to the ground, and he was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
The police are investigating the accident.
