Juan Pablo Villarreal Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Interstate-10

San Antonio, Texas (December 29, 2019) – A man was killed in a pedestrian accident early Sunday morning in San Antonio, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened on Interstate 10.

Police said Juan Pablo Villarreal, 36, was driving the wrong way on the I-10 westbound access road when he got out of his vehicle at the Boerne Stage exit and walked away from his car.

Villarreal was then hit by two cars and then run over by a woman who called police.

The other two drivers fled the scene after the accident.

Villarreal was killed in the crash.

An investigation is ongoing.
