Jose Garcia ID’d as Man Killed in Raymondville Pedestrian Accident on Business 77
Raymondville, Texas (November 7, 2018) – The man who was struck and killed Tuesday evening by a car in Raymondville has been identified as Jose De La Rosa Garcia,69, of Raymondville, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The fatal accident happened just after 7:00 p.m. November 6, on Business 77.
According to a preliminary investigation, a Dodge Ram Pickup was heading southbound on Business 77 when it struck Garcia.
The involved driver rendered aid to the victim and cooperated with the authorities.
Garcia was killed in the crash.
The DPS is conducting the investigation.
