Woman fatally struck by a car on Interstate 40 at Arnot Road in Amarillo
Amarillo, TX. – A woman died after being struck by a car on Wednesday night in Amarillo.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened around 9:16 p.m. on I-40 at Arnot Road.
36-year-old Jessica Hall of Copperas Cove, Texas, reportedly walked into the path of a semi-truck and was hit.
The woman was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
