Erin Donalso and 3 Killed, 1 Injured in Head-On Crash on Texas Gulf Coast in Fulton

Fulton, Texas (May 14, 2018) – Four people were killed and one other person was injured in a head-on crash in Fulton late Friday.
The crash happened on Friday, May 11 along the Texas Gulf Coast near Aransas National Wildlife Refuge.
A witness said a Ford Escape was passing several vehicles when it crossed over the center median and collided head-on with a southbound Honda Civic.
A 6-year-old girl and two other people in the Civic died in the crash. The child was restrained and the adults were not wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.
The driver of the Escape, identified as Erin Donalson, 22, was airlifted to a Corpus Christi hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.
DPS troopers are investigating the cause of the crash.
We extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.

The information for this blog post was obtained from public media and is for informational purposes.  No attorney-client relationship is established unless the law firm is formally retained. We understand this is a difficult time for the family of those affected by a tragic accident, and we offer our sincere sympathies.  While the thought of hiring a law firm may not feel appropriate at this time, as a public service we like to advise that in some cases it may be important to immediately begin securing evidence (such as photos of skid marks and property damage) and witness statements before it’s too late.
