Elizabeth Roberts, Charles Roberts and Destiny Beasley Hospitalized after Decatur Two-Vehicle Crash at US 81/287 and FM 730
Decatur, Texas (November 29, 2018) –Three people were injured Tuesday evening in a two-vehicle crash at a Decatur intersection, according to the authorities.
The crash occurred at about 6:00 p.m. November 27, in the area of US 81/287 and FM 730.
Decatur Police said Destiny Beasley, 17, was driving southbound on FM 730 while at the same time Charles Roberts, 75, was driving northbound.  Beasley then tried to turn left onto US 81, resulting in the collision.
Beasley, Charles and his wife, Elizabeth Roberts, 72, were taken to local hospitals for treatment. Elizabeth had serious injuries.
The police are investigating the crash.
