Motorist Injured in Corpus Christi Crash on FM 624

Corpus Christi, Texas (January 15, 2018) — One person was taken to a hospital in a three-vehicle collision in Corpus Christi Friday morning, as per a local news source.
The accident took place at around 7:30 a.m. Friday, January 12, on FM 624.
A Preliminary investigation indicated that an 18-wheeler was pulled over onto the shoulder of FM 624 due to the morning sun which the driver said was blinding him. A Cadillac, sometimes later, drove into the rear of the trailer, spun out, and collided with a Mustang.
A report said the driver of the Cadillac was taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-critical injuries.
No other injuries were reported in the crash.
