Donald Pshigoda Fatal Rollover Crash on CR L in Ochiltree County

Donald Pshigoda ID’d as Man Killed in Ochiltree County Two-Vehicle Crash on CR L
Ochiltree County, Texas (October 24, 2018) – The man who was killed Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Ochiltree County has been identified as Donald Pshigoda, 67, of Perryton, according to a local news source.
The fatal crash occurred shortly before 8:30 a.m. October 23, on CR L, four miles southeast of Perryton.
According to the DPS, Pshigoda was driving eastbound on CR L when another vehicle backed westbound unsafely.
Preliminary investigation indicates that Pshigoda took an evasive action, but he ended up clipping the other car. He then lost control of his vehicle and rolled over severally.
Troopers said visibility was low due to heavy fog conditions at the time of the accident.
Pshigoda was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
Pshigoda’s passenger sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
No other injuries were reported in the crash.
The DPS is investigating the crash.
