The accident occurred on October 8 at the intersection of Telge and Cypress North Houston.
Authorities said a Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputy’s vehicle collided with a black pickup truck at the intersection.
The deputy was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
The occupants of the pickup truck were not taken to the hospital, and it was unclear if they sustained any injuries.
