David Hogan Fatal Motorcycle Accident at FM 2986 and U.S. Highway 181 near Gregory

David Hogan ID’d as Man Killed in San Patricio County Motorcycle Accident at FM 2986 and U.S. Highway 181
San Patricio County, Texas (October 30, 2018) – The Aransas Pass man who was killed Saturday morning in a motorcycle accident at an intersection near Gregory has been identified as David Edwin Hogan, 35, according to a local news release.
The accident happened at around 8:40 a.m. October 27, at the intersection of Farm-to-Market Road 2986 and U.S. Highway 181.
DPS said Hogan was riding his 2013 Harley Davidson motorcycle eastbound on FM 2986 when he failed to stop at the intersection, and the bike was struck on the right side by a 2008 GMC Sierra.
Hogan died at the scene.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is conducting the investigation.
