April Hayner Dies in Marshall Car Crash on East End Boulevard South

Marshall, Texas (November 16, 2018) – A woman was killed in a multi-vehicle collision on Wednesday morning in Marshall, according to the Marshall Police Department.
Three vehicles were involved in the deadly accident that occurred in the 4200 block of East End Boulevard South shortly before 6 a.m. November 14.
Police said a passenger car was traveling northbound in the inside lane when it rear-ended a second vehicle, before veering into the outside northbound lane and was hit by a large truck.
Two people were riding in the passenger car. They were both taken to Christus Good Shepherd Medical Center in Marshall, where the passenger, April Hayner, 44, of Marshall, succumbed to her injuries.
No details were provided on the condition of the hospitalized driver.
The authorities are investigating the crash.
