Aaron Carrillo Killed in Auto-Pedestrian Accident on Loop 375 East in El Paso
El Paso, Texas (October 3, 2018) – The pedestrian who was hit and killed by a vehicle on Monday morning in El Paso has been identified as Aaron Carrillo, 33, of El Paso, according to the EPPD.
The crash happened at around 5:47 a.m. on Monday, October 1 on Loop 375 East near the Midway exit ramp.
Police said Carrillo was driving a 2004 Dodge Ram when it ran out of gas. As he was in the roadway, Carrillo was hit by a 2003 Ford Taurus operated by Isaac Lujan, 34. He was then struck by a 2006 Jeep Cherokee operated by Mariana Quinones, 25.
Carrillo died of injuries sustained in the crash.
The police are investigating the incident.
