9 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-35 in Austin

Austin, Texas – Nine people were injured Friday morning in a multi-vehicle crash in Austin, according to the Austin-Travis County EMS.

The crash happened just before 11:00 a.m., in the northbound lane of I-35, just south of Lady Bird Lake.

EMS said multiple vehicles, including a semi-truck, were involved in the crash.

Thirteen people were involved in the crash and nine of them were taken to the hospital.

No other details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
