Man Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Babcock Road near Medical Drive
San Antonio, Texas (January 21, 2019) – A 70-year-old man was fatally struck by a vehicle Sunday night in San Antonio, a local news source reported.
The deadly accident took place at about 11:00 p.m. January 20, on Babcock Road near Medical Drive.
Police said the man was walking across the road, outside of a crosswalk, when a vehicle struck him.
The man was taken to the hospital in critical condition where he later died. His name has not been disclosed.
The involved driver fled the scene, but he was later found and admitted to the police that he had hit the man.
The police are investigating the crash.
