7 Injured in VIAtrans Van Crash with U-Haul at Culebra Road and Westover Hills Drive in San Antonio
San Antonio, Texas (May 26, 2018) – Several people were injured in a crash involving a VIAtrans van and a U-Haul on Friday afternoon on the city’s Far West Side.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, the collision happened shortly before 3 p.m. May 25, at Culebra Road and Westover Hills Drive.
The U-Haul reportedly crossed the centerline and collided with the van, according to witnesses.
Police said seven people were transported to local hospitals, and two of the patients were said to be in critical condition.
The San Antonio Police Department is investigating the crash.
