2 Teens Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash in Crosby

Crosby, Texas (June 4, 2018) – Two teens were injured in a multi-vehicle collision in Crosby Sunday afternoon, according to a local news source.
The collision happened on Sunday, June 3 in the 600 block of Sea Anchor Way.
According to authorities, a 16-year-old driver was traveling at a high rate of speed when it crashed into a parked vehicle.
The driver then lost control and struck a second vehicle.
The two teens, a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old were in the back seat without seatbelts. They were taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital for treatment.
The teen driver and a passenger in the front seat were not injured.
Authorities said the teen driver had a permit but was cited for underage kids in the car and speeding.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

The information for this blog post was obtained from public media and is for informational purposes.  No attorney-client relationship is established unless the law firm is formally retained. We understand this is a difficult time for the family of those affected by a tragic accident, and we offer our sincere sympathies.  While the thought of hiring a law firm may not feel appropriate at this time, as a public service we like to advise that in some cases it may be important to immediately begin securing evidence (such as photos of skid marks and property damage) and witness statements before it’s too late.
