Two Injured in Houston Car Crash on I-45 and I-10

Houston, Texas (June 2, 2018) – Two people were injured, one critically, in a multi-vehicle collision involving a wrong-way driver Saturday morning, according to Houston Police Department.
The accident happened about 2:30 a.m. on Interstate 45 on the Gulf Freeway, near the West Dallas exit.
According to the police, witnesses said an allegedly intoxicated female driver was traveling on the wrong side of the I-45 when she crashed into a vehicle driven by a man.
Eventually, the crash ended up involving three vehicles, the report said.
The man was reportedly in critical condition and was transported to Ben Taub following the accident, police said.
The woman was also taken to Ben Taub hospital for treatment of minor injuries and is likely facing charges in the crash, according to the police.
