2 Injured in Wrong-Way Accident on Highway 290 in Houston

Two Drivers Injured in Houston Three-Vehicle Crash on Northwest Freeway

Houston, Texas (February 5, 2018) – Two drivers were hospitalized following a wrong-way collision on Monday morning in Houston, according to authorities.
The accident happened on Highway 290 near Gessner Road at around 9:45 a.m.
Police said a white car traveling the wrong way on Highway 290 collided with an oncoming red car.
The white car then crashed into a blue car.
The wrong-way driver and the driver of the red car were both taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The third driver was not hurt.
Police are conducting an investigation into the accident.
