Two Injured in Manor Wrong-Way Crash on Highway 290

Manor, Texas (November 13, 2017) – According to Manor Police, a two-vehicle head-on crash left injured two people in Manor early Monday morning,
The incident happened at about 1:30 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of U.S. 290 near Greg Manor Road.
According to Manor Police, a man in his 30s was driving on the wrong side of the highway when his vehicle collided head-on with a vehicle, driven by a man in his 50s.
The wrong-way driver was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center by STAR flight and is reported to be in critical condition.
The second driver suffered possible broken ankle or foot and was transported to Dell Seton by EMS.
The highway was closed for about 3 hours and was reopened at around 4:45 a.m.
Police said the crash is under investigation.
