2 Hospitalized in Rowlett Crash Involving 18-Wheelers at I-30 and Dalrock Road

Rowlett, Texas (January 15, 2018) — Two drivers were hospitalized following a collision involving two 18-wheelers in Rowlett early Monday morning, according to Rowlett Police Department.
The incident took place at around 3:00 a.m. Sunday, January 15, near the intersection of I-30 and Dalrock Road.
According to a preliminary investigation report, two 18-wheelers were driven westbound along I-30 when they somehow crossed paths and collided.
Both the drivers were taken to an area hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
No further details regarding the cause and the manner of the crash were immediately provided, but the incident remained under an investigation.
