Person Seriously Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on SE Loop 410 and Roosevelt

San Antonio, Texas (January 1, 2020) – One person was seriously injured early New Year’s Day in a traffic collision involving a San Antonio Fire Department truck in San Antonio, according to a local news source.

The crash occurred just after 2:30 a.m. on SE Loop 410 and Roosevelt.

Authorities said a fire truck was blocking a lane at the intersection when it was rear-ended by another vehicle.

The driver of the vehicle had to be cut out by the firefighters and was taken to the hospital in serious condition.

No firefighters were injured in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
