The Scurry man was transported to Medical City Decatur, where he later died
Boyd, TX. – A 46-year-old man was killed in a Friday afternoon pedestrian accident in Boyd.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened around 1:04 p.m. on Farm to Market Road 730 near County Road 4765.
The Ford Escape was traveling southbound when it struck a man crossing the road.
The Scurry man was transported to Medical City Decatur, where he later died
The driver of the Ford Escape was not injured.
The Department’s traffic unit is investigating the accident.
