Austin, TX – One person was killed early Saturday morning in a two-vehicle collision in Austin, according to the police.
The deadly collision was reported around 2:54 a.m. on December 20 in the 8400 block of US 290 toll road.
Police said a tow truck collided with an SUV on the westbound side of the highway.
The SUV driver died in the collision. The victim’s identity has not been released.
The tow truck driver remained at the scene after the accident.
No other injuries were reported in the accident.
The police are investigating the accident.
