One Killed in San Antonio Car Crash near Roosevelt Ave and Southcross Blvd

San Antonio, Texas (January 22, 2018) – One person was killed in a deadly crash that sent three others to a hospital early Sunday morning on the South Side.
According to San Antonio Police Department, the wreck happened at around 2 a.m. near Roosevelt Avenue and Southcross Boulevard.
Police said a sedan crossed the centerline and collided head-on with an oncoming car.
The driver of the sedan died at the scene of the crash.
Two men and a woman riding in the car that was struck by the sedan were all transported to San Antonio Military Medical Center. Details on the extent of their injuries were not released.
SAPD is conducting an investigation into the incident.
