Waco, TX. – A 54-year-old man died after being struck by a car on Tuesday night in Waco.
According to the Waco Police Department, the accident happened on Interstate 35 near 18th Street and Valley Mills at around 10:30 p.m.
The man was walking across the highway when he was struck by a vehicle in unclear circumstances.
The man succumbed to his injuries.
The driver of the involved car stayed at the scene and cooperated with the police.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
