Lubbock County, TX – Two people were injured Friday morning in a head-on collision in Lubbock County, according to the deputies.

The collision happened just before 7:30 a.m. on April 24 in the 6200 block of FM 40.

Deputies said two vehicles were involved in a head-on collision.

One person sustained serious injuries in the collision. Another person sustained moderate injuries.

No additional information was available.

The collision remains under investigation.
