According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident occurred at the intersection of Highway 351 and Elmdale Road.

A pickup truck and a semi-truck with a gravel hauler were involved in the crash.

The driver of a semi-truck was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
