Amarillo, TX. – A motorcyclist was injured in a crash involving an SUV on Wednesday afternoon in Amarillo.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred at Soncy Road and Westgate Parkway at around 9:15 a.m.

A Ford Branco was turning into a mall when it collided with the motorcycle.

The motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.

The driver of the SUV was uninjured.

Additional information about the crash was not provided.
