The driver of the Ford Fusion was pronounced dead at the scene
Wood County, TX. – One person died in a car crash on Wednesday afternoon in Wood County.
The fatal accident happened on Highway 69 at FM 779 at around 6 p.m., according to local police.
A Ford Fusion was traveling northbound when it struck a concrete barrier before it collided head-on with a Ram pickup truck.
The driver of the Ford Fusion was pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
