Houston, TX. – A pedestrian is dead after being struck by a car on Tuesday in Houston.
According to the Houston Police Department, the accident happened on the Southwest Freeway near Spur 527.
A Houston man was struck by a black Infiniti heading eastbound while he was attempting to cross the freeway.
The man was also struck by a black Mercedes driven by a 22-year-old.
The man was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
Police say the two drivers were not intoxicated at the time of the accident.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
