Man Injured in Conroe Pedestrian Accident on Linda Lane

Conroe, Texas (July 6, 2017) – A man was struck and injured by a car in Montgomery County on Wednesday morning, according to deputies.
The crash occurred on FM 1485 at Linda Lane, July 5.
As per investigators, a woman told the deputies that she thought that she had hit a deer, but found out that it was a man when she stopped.
The man sustained severe injuries to the head and is recovering at Conroe Regional Medical Center, according to deputies.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office mentioned that it had received many calls about a man walking in the same area before the crash.
According to investigators, the female driver was tested by blood, and there were no signs of impairment.
Police are still investigating the incident to determine the cause.
