El Paso, TX – A man was killed Thursday night in a two-vehicle accident in El Paso, according to the authorities.
The deadly accident happened around 11:08 p.m. on November 13 on Interstate 10 westbound near mile marker 0.
Authorities said Natanael Mejia, 33, of El Paso, was driving a Chevrolet pickup truck westbound and was weaving in and out of traffic before he stopped, for unknown reasons, in the travel lane.
The Chevrolet was then rear-ended by an approaching 18-wheeler.
Mejia was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
No further details were provided.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
