Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle, Killed on FM 2493 in Bullard

One Killed in Bullard Pedestrian Accident on FM 2493 at Co Rd 152
Bullard, Texas (December 14, 2018) – A pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle Thursday morning in Bullard, police said.
The tragic accident happened at about 5:00 a.m. Thursday, December 13 near the intersection of FM 2493 at Co Rd 152.
Authorities said the pedestrian was attempting to cross the street when for unknown reasons he was struck by a passing pickup truck.
The victim was declared dead at the scene by responding paramedics. His name has not been released pending identification and notification of his family.
No other details were immediately provided.
The crash remains under investigation.
