Riojas was taken to Midland Memorial Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries
Andrews County, TX. – 20-year-old Ricky Scott Riojas was killed in a motorcycle accident on Thursday morning in Andrews County.
According to police, the accident happened at FM 1788 and SE CR 8000 around 5:40 a.m., according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Riojas was riding a 2014 Harley–Davidson Street Glide when he was struck by a northbound truck that was turning left onto SE 8000.
Riojas was taken to Midland Memorial Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The truck drove away from the scene, and the driver has not been identified.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
