Houston, TX – One person was killed early Saturday morning in a rear-end collision in Houston, according to the police.
The fatal collision took place around 3:00 a.m. on July 26 in the area of West Bellfort and West Sam Houston Tollway.
Police said a vehicle was stopped at a red light when it was rear-ended by a Volkswagen sedan.
The driver of the vehicle that was rear-ended was killed in the collision. Their identity has not been released.
The Volkswagen driver was under investigation for possible intoxication.
No other information was released.
The police are investigating the accident.
