Charles McGough ID’d as Tow Truck Driver Killed in Fort Worth Pedestrian Crash on Interstate 35W

Fort Worth, Texas (November 21, 2018) – The tow truck driver who was killed in a hit-and-run accident early Tuesday morning in Fort Worth has been identified as Charles McGough, 51, of Arlington, according to the authorities.
The incident was reported at around 12:15 a.m. on Interstate 35W near Sycamore School Road.
Police said the McGough was assisting a stranded driver and was loading a vehicle onto his truck when a vehicle passing by struck him.
McGough was killed in the crash. The stranded driver was unhurt.
The authorities are searching for the hit-and-run driver.
