Kaufman County, TX – Four people were killed and several others were injured Saturday afternoon in a multi-vehicle collision in Kaufman County near Terrell, according to the authorities.
The deadly collision occurred around 2:40 p.m., June 28, on Interstate 20, just east of Hiram Road.
Authorities said three 18-wheeler tractor/trailers and four passenger vehicles were involved in the collision.
Four people were killed in the collision.
Two other people sustained major injuries and several others sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The injured victims were taken to Dallas hospitals for treatment.
The accident temporarily closed 1-20.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
