Patsy Dodd and Taylor Nimmo Hospitalized after Grayson County Two-Vehicle Crash on U.S. 82 at Old Southmayd Road
Grayson County, Texas (November 6, 2018) – Two drivers were injured Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Grayson County, a local news source reported.
The crash happened at an unspecified time, on U.S. 82 at Old Southmayd Road between Whitesboro and Sherman.
According to state troopers, an SUV driven by Patsy Dodd, 53, of Gainesville on U.S. 82 ran a red light at Old Southmayd Road and was hit by an eastbound sedan driven by Taylor Nimmo, 21, of Gainesville.
Dodd was flown to a Plano hospital for treatment.
Nimmo was transported to Texoma Medical Center.
The extent of their injuries was not disclosed.
The U.S. 82 eastbound traffic was restricted as officials cleared the scene.
The troopers are investigating the crash.
