Boy Injured in Corpus Christi Pedestrian Crash near Weber and Holly Avenues

Corpus Christi, Texas (October 29, 2018) – An 11-year-old boy was struck and injured by a vehicle in Corpus Christi on Monday morning, police said.
The accident happened near Weber and Holly avenues at around 8 a.m.
Police said the boy was crossing Weber Road on his way to school when a vehicle hit him.
The victim was taken to Driscoll Children’s Hospital for treatment. No details were provided on the extent of his injuries.
The woman driving the vehicle that hit the child remained at the scene and rendered aid.
The police are investigating the crash.
