Billy Tinney Struck, Killed by Vehicle at Denton Drive and Burbank Street in Dallas

Billy Tinney ID’d as Man Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident at Denton Drive and Burbank Street near Dallas Love Field
Dallas, Texas (October 23, 2018) – The man who was struck and killed Friday night by a vehicle in Dallas has been identified as Billy Ray Tinney, 53, according to the Dallas Police Department.
The fatal accident occurred at about 8:00 p.m. October 19, off the corner of Denton Drive and Burbank Street near Dallas Love Field.
Police said Tinney was trying to walk across the intersection and was hit by a vehicle. The involved driver said that they didn’t see Tinney.
Tinney was killed in the crash.
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
The Dallas Police Department is investigating the crash.
