Victor Williams ID’d as Man Killed in Houston Bicycle Accident at Aldine Bender Road and Luthe Road
Houston, Texas (October 20, 2018) – The man who was struck and killed by two vehicles Sunday night in Houston has been identified as Victor Williams,54, according to a reported by the Harris County Sheriff’s Department.
The tragic accident happened at about 11:00 p.m. Sunday, October 14 off the intersection of Aldine Bender Road and Luthe Road.
According to investigators, Williams was riding his bicycle on Aldine Bender Road when for an unknown reason he was hit by a Toyota Tundra.
Williams was thrown onto the road where he was hit by another vehicle whose driver fled the scene.
Williams sustained critical injuries and was immediately taken to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The driver of the Tundra stopped at the scene and complied with the investigators. Authorities are looking for dark-coloured SUV reportedly involved in the crash.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
