One Killed in Austin Pedestrian Accident on N IH-35 SB
Austin, TX – A pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle on IH-35 in Austin early Tuesday morning, according to the Austin Police Department.
The accident took place in the 11000 block of N Interstate Highway 35 SB at about 3:35 a.m. on November 12.
Austin Police Department said a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in the area under unclear circumstances.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the victim was withheld pending positive identification.
The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene after the collision and cooperated with investigators.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
