Thomas Hagan Killed in Guadalupe County Bicycle Accident on Alternate U.S. Highway 90 near Beicker Road
Guadalupe County, Texas (October 14, 2018) – A 19-year-old bicyclist was killed early Friday morning in a hit-and-run accident on a highway in Guadalupe County, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The accident was reported at around 1:03 a.m. October 12, on Alternate U.S. Highway 90 near Beicker Road.
Authorities said Thomas Hagan was riding his bicycle eastbound on the highway when a vehicle struck him.
The involved driver then fled the scene.
Hagan was pronounced dead at the scene.
No additional information about the accident was available.
The DPS is investigating the crash.
