Andrew Sanchez ID’d as Man Killed in North Austin Pedestrian Accident on St. Johns Boulevard
North Austin, Texas (September 28, 2018) – The man who was struck and killed by a Capital Metro bus last week Thursday night in North Austin has been identified as Andrew Sanchez, 29, according to the police.
The fatal accident occurred at about 11:30 p.m. September 20, along the 1000 block of St. Johns Boulevard.
According to a preliminary police investigation, Sanchez was laying down along the westbound lanes of the roadway when for unknown reasons he was run over by a westbound CapMetro bus.
The driver of the bus remained at the scene and complied with the authorities.
