11-Year-Old Boy Injured in Hit-And-Run Crash on E. Red River Street in Victoria
Victoria, Texas (September 8, 2018) – An 11-year-old boy was injured in a hit-and-run accident in Victoria on Friday night, according to the Victoria Police Department.
The crash occurred at around 7 p.m. Friday, September 7 in the driveway of College RV Park at 3408 E. Red River Street.
Police said the boy was riding a bike in the driveway when he was hit by a car that was backing out.
the woman driving the car fled the scene after the incident.
The victim was taken to Citizens Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
The vehicle was said to be an orange or gold SUV.
The Victoria Police Department is investigating the incident.
