Man Injured in Culebra Road Pedestrian Crash in San Antonio

San Antonio, Texas (July 20, 2018) – A man was hospitalized after he was hit by a vehicle while running across a street on the West Side Friday morning.
According to the police, the incident occurred shortly before 7 a.m. in the 3600 block of Culebra Road.
Police said a man ran into the street and was struck by a vehicle operated by a female driver.
The victim was rushed to a hospital with numerous broken bones and severe head trauma. Police said the injuries could be life-threatening.
The driver of the car remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
The San Antonio Police Department is investigating the incident.
