Calvin Middleton Killed in Grand Prairie Bicycle Crash at South Belt Line Road and I-20E

Grand Prairie, Texas (July 16, 2018) – A man was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Sunday morning in Grand Prairie, according to the Grand Prairie police.
The crash occurred at South Belt Line Road and I-20E at around 6 a.m. Sunday, July 15.
Police said a driver hit Calvin John Middleton, 42, who was riding a bicycle at the time and fled the scene northbound on Belt Line Road.
Middleton was wearing a helmet and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police believe the suspect was driving a gray 2008 Chevy Malibu.
An investigation is ongoing.
