Man Hit and Injured by Vehicle on North Interstate 35 in Central Austin
Austin, Texas (July 16, 2018) – A man was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle early Saturday morning in central Austin, according to the Austin-Travis County EMS.
The crash occurred in the 5500 block of North Interstate 35 near U.S. 290 shortly before 2:30 a.m. July 14.
EMS crews responded to the crash and transported the victim to Dell Seton Medical Center with serious injuries.
No details were provided on how the victim was hit.
The victim was only identified as a man in his 30s.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
